Aquí van mis experimentos con SharePoint y tecnología en general.

Respecto a MOSS, yo he tratado de configurar mirroring de acuerdo al whitepaper publicado (http://technet2.microsoft.com/Office/en-us/library/80609398-b01d-4d0a-b429-040b74cae51c1033.mspx?mfr=true), es mas, la configuración por parte de SQL Server funcionó correctamente (http://www.sharepointblogs.com/jeanmarc/archive/2007/06/25/2317.aspx) pero no pude lograr que MOSS reconociera al nuevo servidor.
Existen algunos tips para esto, se me ocurre disparar un script actualizando etc/hosts en todos los servidores para "enmascarar" al servidor principal y poner como titular al espejo, o utilizar aliases de DNS o aliases de SQL Server... pero quiero que funcione con comandos de MOSS!! Alguien lo ha logrado? Inclusive le escribí a Joel Oleson pero ha seguido viendo el tema y no tengo respuesta todavia --a propósito, ha escrito un post respecto a mirroring y log shipping --> http://blogs.msdn.com/joelo/archive/2007/07/30/mirroring-log-shipping-and-high-availability-resources.aspx
